Hotel staff here are super helpful and really friendly offering a map for pisa and showing me best place for shopping and dining as well as information on getting a train to Florence. The hotel is situated a 2 minute walk from pisa and therefore the location is perfect. If you're lucky enough or request a room at the front of the hotel you will get a great view of Leaning Tower from the window.

We stayed one night in January we were very pleased with our stay. We had a fantastic view of the leaning tower from our room which, was very comfortable. Breakfast was included and was a perfect start for a day sight seeing. We would definitely recommend and use again
