The owners are delightful and put on a magnificent breakfst, the staff are friendly and very helpful. The rooms are very clean and confortable with a boutiqe Italian BnB vibe. Great location, you feeal right in the midst of life, the best and most affordable resturants, a short walk from everything. Millie my 8year old daughter was treated like a princess buy the staff, she was sad to leave them.💜

We arrived at 11 pm, they welcomed us with a maximum kindness. We stayed in the suit with hidromasaj tub. Inside it was warm, out of cold. Excellent reception. Everything perfect, from courtesy slippers to a bathrobe and toothpaste. Everything clean, the breakfast excellent. An excellent experience. I give full marks.

The appeal of this place is the fantastic decor! Amazing! Glorious painted ceilings! You feel like a king in this place. I am a king of course so there’s nothing new there. Also the price was crazy reasonable. Thirdly the location - right on the Main Street. So close to everything. My wife gave me some SERIOUS brownie points (English for appreciation) for finding this hotel. It lost one star for cleanliness and the reception staff could have been a WEENY bit friendlier.

Excellent location. We booked the Attic room which was absolutely huge. Room was clean and tidy, staff were very helpful, and the breakfast was also great. Ten minutes or so walk from Pisa Central Station. Fifteen mins walk to the leaning tower. Highly recommended accommodation.
