We were in Italy (Tuscany) for a wedding and added a 2 night stay here to make the trip ‘kind of’ feel like a holiday. And you know what… It was a great choice! I had limited interactions with staff, but every interaction was enjoyable, they were friendly helpful and kind. The setting was amazing (I think the word is picturesque) and the facilities on offer at the spa were great. I have OCD and the place was clean, trust me, I'd be the first to say if otherwise. I don’t have a single complaint about the hotel. They even upgraded our room when we got there. All in all, it was the right choice! Oh, and the hotel is located extremely close to the leaning tower of Pisa, about a fifteen-minute drive, so go and see it. One other thing I will mention, the food, the food was excellent, extremely pricey (We spent about 250 euros, lol I’m sure we got carried away) but it was worth it to sample some of the things we wanted to try on the menu.

What a wonderful end to a fantastic week in Tuscany. Bagni di Pisa was so relaxing we throughly enjoined the spa, bar and restaurant areas. Staff were very accommodating and attentive. All the food and drink we had here was top quality. Remember to always say cafe latte instead of just latte (hot milk). Take some time to explore the grounds. We intend to come back to go truffle hunting followed by a cooking class here.

Hidden gem if a spa! Great price, well kept, great amenities. Spas are hit and miss in Italy--this one hits the mark. Just what is needed after 2 days traipsing all over Pisa. Staff is friendly, speak English well, and you are provided with robes, fruit, tea, and a very relaxing experience. Would definitely come again.

We recently came here to enjoy our anniversary 💕(delayed due to covid). This place is phenomenal, the staff greeted us and catered to our every need. Letting us know all the wonderful options are available providing us a guided tour of the entire hotel. This is a large luxurious spa comprised of a grand bar and restaurant, including dining outside for lunch. The spa has 2 sections, several hot springs one of which has a high salt level to create a zero gravity floating experience. The modern spa with sauna, steam room and outdoor above ground pool, on this side they also have massage 💆♀️ dermatology services(you are in heaven). There is a great easy walk up the olive tree trail which leads to the top hill to see the tower of pisa(a quick drive). It is a quick drive to lucca for wine tasting (I recommend Tenuta Adamo Winery, see my review on google). At Bagni di Pisa you will enjoy the quality of care and service provided from the phenomenal staff.

Can I give more than 5 stars? The most beautiful staff you can hope for, I had a wonderful massage with Susanna, the hotel room was SUPERB… delicious aperitivi with champagne, wonderful restaurant & fab breakfast. Easy parking outside, staff can’t do enough for you. 10/10
