Beautiful hotel located only a few hundred feet from the ocean. Ocean view rooms feature a stunning view and are well worth the cost. The rooms themselves are not very large, but this is to be expected. Complimentary breakfast in the morning is well prepared. The staff check in frequently to ask if there is anything we need. The front desk is very helpful and attentive. They made us feel very comfortable and attended our needs as we traveled with our infant daughter. The in-house restaurant located on the hotel roof is fantastic. Very high quality food and drink at a reasonable price.

Our room was luxurious and clean. The bathroom was very nice. I found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. The restaurant on the rooftop has a nice view, but I wasn't impressed with the food. Good place to grab a drink or two during sunset. Luckily, it's only a 10-15 minute walk to local restaurants.

Stunning. Beautiful, elegant hotel and our room was huge and gorgeous, with a massive bed with the softest sheets and pillows. Bathroom was tasteful with a deep bath. The views of the ocean from the balcony are breathtaking. The staff upgraded us as it was our honeymoon and helped us fix some complications, even making phone calls on our behalf. The roof terrace is lovely for a drink but sadly the pool was closed for renovation during our stay. Cocktails were nice but not very boozy. We had a 50 minute massage in the spa which included access to the thermal baths gor 150 Euro, which I thought reasonable. Not a deep tissue massage but lovely. The sauna wasn't hot enough for my tastes and there was no steam in the steam room, but the pool was gorgeous and warm with various bubble features. Truly one of the best hotels I've stayed in. Shame it's in Livorno as not the prettiest place in the world, but worth travelling for the hotel and you're handy for any number of ferries to the islands.
