Fantastic hotel in a beautiful location with superb, helpful and friendly staff. The front desk couldn't have done more to help us when we stayed there for a week in October. The room was well equipped, roomy and the bathroom was excellent. We used the hotel bikes (free to borrow for the day) to go around the town near the end of our stay and wished we'd borrowed them earlier! The restaurant was lovely and breakfast was superb every morning. The roof top pool area is fantastic, though quite small and you need to get up there pretty early to get a sunbed as there isn't much room around it - worth it though with fantastic views of the sea and the town, as well as the mountains to the north ( and great cocktails at the bar there!)

This hotel is one of the very best we have ever stayed in Italy. The staff are wonderful, the setting so convenient, and there is so much to do. Viareggio is so underestimated as a holiday destination. Walking along the seafront at night is a great experience - it feels like the whole town is engaging the passeggiata!

The Hotel deserves 6 Stars. It's awesome from start with the wallet parking and the wonderful and super helpful staff from the front desk. Tell them your plans for the day and they give you tons of valuable tips and informations. The room was very nice with good amenities. And the whole hotel was extremely clean. Rental bikes are available free of charge and the two restaurants are very delicious the michelin star place and the Regina restaurant as well. We say thank you to all the staff working there.

Our family had a fantastic stay at this hotel mid-September. The staff were superb, the room tastefully decorated and frequently serviced. We booked this over another hotel because of the rooftop pool and lounge area with the beautiful view. We ended up spending quite a lot of time there. We could always find beds, the ambience was great and the staff lovely. It's great for couples but also child friendly. The small downside was that the main pool was way too cold and the smaller "warm" pool was also a bit cool. The hotel is baby friendly - they provided a cot and even special baby shampoo, although housekeeping was somewhat substandard. If you're here for the beach, the hotel has a partnership with a beach club a 5 minute walk away. Even if the beach is empty, you get a sunbed at the back where the hotel rented the beds and the service level isn't as good as at the hotel. Overall, we would stay here again if we returned to Viareggio. Thank you so much for taking care of us and making our holiday amazing!
