We were at the Grand Hotel Duomo for two nights with our two children ( 4years-old, 9months-old), we really enjoy the view from our room, with the beautiful panorama of the Pisa Tower. The hotel is very clean, elegant and has a relaxing atmosphere. Breakfast and service are very good quality. Definitely to come back.

The hotel was really nice, you cannot beat the location, the leaning tower and the dome are only a few steps away, the view from the rooftop terrace is amazing. The room and bathroom were a bit dated but comfortable and clean. The only downside could be the noise of the restaurants nearby as the hotel is right on the main pedestrian street where all the restaurants are located, they closed only after midnight and you could even hear the staff packing up tables etc. This is not a huge issue but can cause problems if you are travelling with a baby or toddler.

This hotel was beautiful. Some old to classic to a breath taking balcony views of the city. The hotel has alot of heart and takes you back in time. Yes it's definitely not 4 star but what any 4 star hotel is like that in Europe that's really up to 4 star. Not sure why people moan it's old and out of date but the hotel has history like the city. Its cosy and cute. Hotel only for somewhere to rest your head and get ready to enjoy the city all day. The staff was always polite and friendly. Always helpful when needed. The breakfast was a good selection so don't miss it out. It's so close to all the tourists attractions. Definitely would come back. Thank you for making our trip unforgettable 💚🇮🇹🤌🏾
